Cancellation policy

Standard Orders

• Window for Free Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Post-24 Hour Cancellations: Orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour window, but prior to shipping, are subject to a **10% Processing & Restocking Fee**. This fee covers non-refundable merchant processing fees and administrative costs.
• Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. At this point, the customer must follow the standard Return Policy (including responsibility for return shipping).

Custom & Special Orders

• Due to the nature of custom design and fabrication, orders for custom-built items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, regardless of the timeframe.
• If a custom order is cancelled before production but after the 24-hour window, the 10% fee applies.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email sales@svtdesignfab.com with your Order Number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. The timestamp of your email will determine eligibility for the free cancellation window.
