Quality Guarantee & Defect Claims
We stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship. If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, SVT Design and Fab will provide a replacement at no cost.  

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Documentation: You must provide high-resolution photographs and a detailed description of the defect to sales@svtdesignfab.com.

 

Returns & Refunds
Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• Process: Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected by our team.
• Exclusions: Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
