Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock inventory are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Custom Fabrication: Lead times for custom or "built-to-order" items vary. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Business Hours: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Delivery

• Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed.
• Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active once generated.
• Carrier Liability: SVT Design and Fab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or for items lost or stolen after a "Delivered" status has been confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate that is dependant on location
• We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your specific order to ensure timely delivery.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact sales@svtdesignfab.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product.
